Arrival & Departure:
To get to Casa Firefly, you will need to fly into San Jose (airport code SJO). Please fly in the day before our start date. I will email a list of recommended hotels in San Jose they will include shuttle from the airport. From there we will have arranged for a private shuttle, it will pick up at the designated hotels and will take you around 4 hours to get to Casa Firefly. This is included in your package price.
If you prefer to have other options, You can either take a bus from the MEPE terminal at downtown San Jose, this is about $13 USD, they only take cash. You'll need to buy a ticket to Cahuita, this is the stop you'll get off. The other option is to take a small plane from San Jose airport to Limon and have us arrange to pick you up from there. The flight is around $110USD with Sansa airlines, and 45 minutes long. If you have the extra cash, we highly recommend this option as it's much faster and you only need to walk 2 minutes from where you come out at San Jose airport to get to the domestic terminal.
